General Shipping Overview

All orders will be processed within 2 business days upon receipt. Once your package is dispatched from our Barcelona studio, you will receive an email with your order update and tracking number. Please provide an address that is attended during business hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
If an order is shipped to an address outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable when the shipment reaches the destination. Please be aware that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. These additional charges, if applicable, are not included in the order total.

Orders being shipped to the US will be shipped via DHL Express. DHL will send you a message with the amount of the duties to be paid upon delivery.

Shipping costs will be determined upon checkout.

RETURNS
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may request to return an item by email info@vanhise.com indicating the reason for the return and we will assist you in the return process.

Returns are free of charge.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on the art prints as they are made especially for you once ordered.
