We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on the art prints as they are made especially for you once ordered.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

We recommend storing it flat and untied. Avoid contact with water or chemicals. You may use a steam iron to get out wrinkles, however it should never have direct contact with the silk as it is quite delicate. Entrust it to a professional drycleaner when needed.
