SHIPPING & RETURNS

General Shipping Overview

All orders will be processed within 2 business days upon receipt. Once your package is dispatched from our Barcelona studio, you will receive an email with your order update and tracking number. Signature upon delivery is required.

Please provide an address that is attended during business hours. If you are unable to receive your order, any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of a successful delivery.

At the moment we ship exclusively to European countries, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and Japan.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
If an order is shipped to an address outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable when the shipment reaches the destination. You as the customer are responsible for the payment of such import duties, taxes or similar fees. Orders being shipped to the US will be shipped via DHL Express. DHL will send you a message with the amount of the duties to be paid upon delivery.

RETURNS
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You may request to return an item by email info@vanhise.com indicating the reason for the return and we will assist you in the return process.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, the return shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.

We are unable to offer exchanges, we instead ask that you return your order for a refund and purchase your desired item(s) as per the standard ordering process.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on the art prints as they are made especially for you once ordered.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can quickly resolve the issue. In this case we will pay for the cost of returning the item.
