Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.

Deliveries are made via UPS, FedEx and DHL, depending on the destination. Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

All orders will be processed within 2 -4 business days upon receipt. Once your package is dispatched from our Barcelona studio delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping rates:

-Spain: 5 EUR

-EU countries: 15 EUR

-Rest of the world: 40 EUR

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped within the EU include all applicable taxes.

For all other international orders, taxes and duties are not included. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to estimate these charges in advance, as they are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

Currencies

VAN HISE cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates applied by your bank when converting EUR into another currency.

Returns

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may request to return an item by email info@vanhise.com indicating the reason for the return and we will assist you in the return process.
